Marc has spent close on thirty years in the housing industry beginning on the tools, then publishing one of the most advanced real estate publications in the country. His first entry into Mortgage Lending was 1987 when brokering in New Zealand was in its infancy.

 “I saw a need through my own frustrations with dealing directly with banks and decided to do something about it”. Marc found it extremely fulfilling and experienced huge reward in helping people through an unnecessarily difficult transaction, which he has found much easier for his clients with NewBuild.

Marc is engaged to be married to Emma, and he dotes on his 5 year old son, Joshua.
