Monica's role is to ensure the smooth management of the construction loan from the moment the loan settles to completion of the home.  Monica manages the administrative team to ensure the loans are correctly implemented, to ensuring the Builders Risk Insurance and Guarantee are in place.  Monica also assist with transitioning the handover to the client.
