I am writing to thank you for the impeccable service with which you provided me in setting up my mortgage. This was perhaps the easiest part of the entire process of buying my dream home; a very different and painless experience compared with purchasing my previous home...dealing with an Advisor who was clearly on top of his game minimized the inevitable stress associated with buying a house.

Because we were able to do everything electronically, I didn’t once have to leave my desk and this was an enormous time-saver! Moreover, I can’t thank you enough for going above and beyond the call of duty whenever I asked for your advice on matters that were not directly related to my mortgage application. And, when I needed a solicitor and asked whether you could recommend someone, you did; she was excellent!

When I asked you to recommend a builder to renovate my home, you provided me with the contact details of a renovation company who responded to my needs at very short notice! Clearly, I didn’t just get a mortgage broker when I asked you to help me apply for a loan, I got a complete home-buying-advice package!
