Managing Progress Payments

- Determining the allocation of your deposit between the land purchase and the build contract deposit
- Ensuring your third party guarantee is in place before any payments are made
- Ensuring your Builders Risk insurance is in place and in force
- Managing all the inspections for progress payments directly to your builder
- Making the progress payments, and notifying all relevant parties
- Assisting with the management of disputes
- Managing the completion certificate, code compliance certificate and final handover
